Yep, definite classic, perfectly capturing the old school miami bass sound. Mr Mixx delivers the goods on the wheels - made my jaw drop when I 1st heard him scratch back in the day !. One of my all time fave albums. Shame they evolved (devolved?!) into crude lyrics, sexism and boring one-shot sample tunes....

Top Marks.

This release is from when The 2 Live crew were a serious hip hop act and this is a straight up hip hop album from the days before all that stupid swearing shit. Except for 'We Want Some Pussy' of course. Good production, accompanied by very decent cutting & scratching with some good quick fire rapping as well. Shame they went the way they did with later releases. I rate this as one of the best hip hop albums in my collection.
