The Chemical Brothers ripped it off alright but ended up having to pay for it. They were both signed to the same label at the time so an appropriate payoff was arranged.

What can I say about this record - it's punk/funk classic!

The Chemical Brothers ripped it off, it's breaks turn up everywhere and the bass line is amazing.

For a variation on a theme listen to 'GI Fuck You' on 23 Skidoo's 'Urban Gamelan' LP - more bass and added 'Apocalypse Now' samples.
