This issue was sent out for promotional purposes before the single's release. Original CD cases also have a "PROMOTIONAL COPY ONLY NOT FOR RESALE" sticker stuck over the barcode.
Track 1 is actually "***k The Millennium (Censored Radio Edit)" although it asppears on the inlay and CD as "Radio Edit".
Both the inlay and CD give the track times as 4:18, 13:59 and 4:40 - correct times are shown here.
Tracks 1 & 2 contain a sample of "Kick Out The Jams" by MC5 and a guitar sample from "Theme From Shaft" by Issac Hayes. The tracks also use samples taken from "1987 [What The ***k's Going On?]", "Who Killed The Jams" and the original 1988 Pure Trance Version of "What Time Is Love?"
