Parabolica is primarily a glitch album but also blends several other genres such as minimal, downtempo, and hip-hop. Though Aoki's previous albums are great, this one has a more matured sound -- quite possibly showing off the accumulation of Aoki's time and skill. Most of the album is delightfully dancable; however, the vocal tracks on Ascari Dry Condition and I'm A Part of It come off as dated and make the album drag. Fortunately, it picks back up with the title track and Lesmo. Overall, another great release from Aoki.
