Got this split for free when I ordered a John Wiese CD. Popped it in and was surprised to find some awesome interesting sounds. Artbreakhotel brings manipulated music concrete a la early Merzbow junk sounds, layered overtop of psychedelic ambience. Graham Moore's side is cut up glitchy music concrete ambient spastic laptop whatever you want to call it. Quiet then loud, lots of chopping and manipulating. Like a more quiet John Wiese. Over all I would say that the album itself flows together pretty nicely and that the two sides compliment each other; Artbreakhotel's analog psychedelics versus Graham Moore's glitchy concrete.
