The strange and spooky Aaron-Carl's vocals and strong depressive lyrics make Crucified one of the deepest house records. Unfortunately these recent dubby remixes are quite poor and dont bring the magic of original.

I was so sceptical when I saw that someone had decided to release this record again. There had been so many different remixes done before and I almost didn't listen to it on principal.
However, I'm very glad I did. The Rod Modell remix is an absolute belter and probably my favourite from the many that have been done. Not much to it, its just a deep repetitive hypnotic groover, but its unbelievably effective in its simplicity.
Essential.
