AEON is one of these mysterious projects very well unknonw to the mass of goa heads, as NinetySix Sound was really a well hidden and obscure project. I can simply say that Max Chapados did a massive work and this EP is a proof, interesting to say that half side A runs at 45 RPM and second track runs at 33 RPM, never seen this on any other vynil.
Side A: Transe Modulaire: Starts with an enchanting simple melody that goes together with a bell, kinda hypnotic and bouncing, nice ideas and overall good quality. Osho: has this very nice chant on the background and some very very cool 303 lines that makes you wanna hear more and more. Complex and precise patterns lead to a mindblowing delirium. Awesome Stuff. emotional and very deep a perfect 10, notable thing is that it has been shortened on the EP, that's the only bad thing.
Side B: Terminus: this is an instant love, so deep, emotional, positive and magical it really reminds me of a beautiful sunset over the ocean or of birds singing on a forest, just mastodontic. Someone might say cheesy but for me is simply marvellous i cannot describe it you have to listen to it, after a moment of trance it returns to the beautiful ambience, rarely heard somerhting so emotional.
Tristan is less impressive but has somehow a melancholic melody that isn't bad at all, evolving till a major break. Afte that it restarss and builds more with acidic layers and new melody coming out.
