My favorite on the Fabric series thus far. The Amalgamation of Soundz really live up to their name on this one - I struggle to think of another mix CD where so many entirely divergent & seemingly incongruous styles have been so masterfully melded. The flow from start to finish is simply incredible. Following their own remix of "Meaning" with FSOL'S Papua New Guinea? Pure genius. A spectacular mix!

Considering that this mix is not a straight up house mix, but more a mixture of laid back (let's not call it lounge ) tunes, breakbeats & yes, some 'deep' house too, I would have thought this cd would have been released in the Fabric Live series.

This is not a critisism! I find this mix is actually one of the most original and long - term entertaining ones of the entire series, as it explores many different styles of music (and, to me, in a more relaxing way than on Fabric 15 and 17). Love it.

This is just another fantastic quality release from the guys at fabric. It's quite the downbeat and chilled album, esspecially for the first half. Quality records spun one after another and some nice mixing helpin the journey along. I was esspecially impressed with the 'hrts' track, and the nice tweakin done. Only a couple seconds but well worth it. Album gradually builds up until the rjd2 track, where some nice drum breaks are present, and its quality house music from then on it. Ahh, this is what music is all about.
