This is the musical version of Robert Falcon Scott's diary which he wrote when trying to be the first to reach the geographic South Pole in 1912. The expedition ended in a complete disaster: not only did Roald Amundsen manage to reach the pole only few days earlier, but Scott and his remaining crew froze to death on their way back (79° 40' is actually the location where they died).

A very very cold and frosty release, although it's better to understand german, as the diary is presented in a translated version.
