Reviews & Discussion

Review by Schwenk May 13, 2007 (edited over 2 years ago)
Hmm, hints at greatness in many places but just isn't as good as the first one. It's a shame they moved from introspection (or at least lyrics about the self and people) to more worldly issues. The whole album is very self-important, heavy, and it takes itself too seriously. Where's the fun that Funeral had? Not a lot of it is to be found here. I'm disappointed in this album, but I guess a band would have to lower the bar after an album like Funeral.
