'Groove la chord' is one of my all-time favourits. It is an example how a relativly 'basic' tech-house track can be so damn effective and groovy. It is build around a tech-house synth chord, with a fast pulsating bassline underneath to pump the groove, added with some very recognizable hi-hat and cymbal riffs, topped off with some beautiful in- and out fading strings to work the track to a climax a few times.
It's a shame that we don't hear that much from an obviously talented producer like Aril Brikha.
a co-prod. 2 LP from derrick may and aril brikha. i think there strong influence trax by brikha...............derrick lost in it. all trax are a little bit "trancy". the right kick isnt there..... only the complete b-side have the groove we now and WANT!!!
