Being a total Bedrock junkie, i picked up this record in the $2 bin, brought it home, and threw it on the wheel of steel.

Side A (the original mix) is a fairly average (maybe below-average?) house track with vocals, strings, and an ok bassline... nothing special here.

However, the B side (the R. Jones Delayed Dub) saves this record from me selling it back to the record store... in fact, i plan on playing it in my next set. It takes the basic synth and filters it, making it muck more developed than the A side. Also, the bassline is retooled, and the vocal sample used is layered perfectly with the track, creating an very nice spaced-out techy vibe.

I reccomend this record for all of you space-heads out there who want a nice, moody, and most importantly, good track for your next set.

Oh my what a sweet sweet masterpiece of a bassline in the Punk Rock mix! Its deep, clean as a whistle and it will knock your sub deep like something out of a classic hip hop track. I've just lately started to hit up Bedrock's back catalog I'm surprised at how far ahead of their time some of these records sound. If you like deep roller basslines, this one is it. The epitome of "groove" right here.
