Lange the man with the midas touch ! In this case dark bass lines open the track leading to hypnotic weaves of the vocal and synths. Easily the best mix of this track available. The guy has such range and intelligence in his production but also incredible consistency at producing a dancefloor EPIC !
I think the original was purely built on the middle vocal breakdown (Heard quite a few DJS opening sets from that point). The sample used is the same as in the track by Hydro - Utopia or 'Only you' as it was also called.

Was disappointed with the original, but along came Lange to save the day. A filthy bass line all the way through this. Quite a slow progression up to the first break, with various bits and pieces thrown in along the way, including the haunting lyric. The breakdown itself is legendary. So simple, but soooooo effective. Starts off with those lyrics, then gives you your first taste of the main melody. Some percussion as it builds. Then an explosion of sound. That bass line, now changing key with the melody, seems to go in the opposite direction to the lyric. Difficult to explain! But a touch of genius. This then takes you to the second break. Similar to the first, but shorter. Then back into the main tune, which leads nicely to the end. A tune simply to die for.
