Misturada 3 presents Azymuth’s Woodland Warrior remixed by an eclectic crew that transform the originals into everything from broken beat to straight-up house. Jazzanova, again, provide the goods on their take of “Amazon Adventure,” while DJ Savannah, representing French label Yellow Productions, turns “Ah Voce Nao Sabe” into a sweet house number. 4 Hero go all downtempo on “Laranjeiras” and while Flytronix turns the same track into a mellow drum ‘n’ bass number, maintaining its jazziness. Special kudos to Electric Soul’s electro remix of “The Quest” –- wonderfully funky.
