Reviews & Discussion

Review by christianolson Dec 03, 2007
This album (and I'm almost 40. I'm going to call them albums until I...Well...) Was the very first album I ever bought. Sure, my parents let me buy albums when they went record shopping, but aside from Zappa's APOSTROPHE, those LPs don't count. THIS was the first record I went to the store on my own and bought with my own money. Like a lot of other people, I saw them on SNL, and was amazed. Even at the age of 10, something about their appearance was electric. It was amazing. And this album is the one of the top 3 post-punk new-wave classics of all time.
