Once this song (and label) was purchased by Pandisc Records from it's independent release, it was offered to Maggotron for a reworking, which became "Miami's Rockin' Baby". "I Seen Him Trickin'" also had an answer rap by "The Manor Park Rangers" in 1990 on Breakaway/Pandisc, which is the 1st time I heard "Trick Daddy Dollars" on record.
