The original is great , but my 5/5 goes to the Swayzak remix on this release. This combination should be a band: female vocals (sightly off-key & off-time, in the most charming way); live bass and drums (in a punk-funk-dub style); and the most haunting beautiful synth drone on top. Gives me chills each time I here it.
"Random Access Memory" is another classic, puts the thrill on any dancefloor. Beautiful house-pop tune with moody organ and impassionate girl voice, a bit in the vein of Royksopp's awesome remix of Felix Da Housecat's 'What Does It Feel Like". Think a more sexy/dancefloor oriented Stereolab. In fact this could be the track Stereolab always tried to achieve without succeeding. Remixes are cool but don't match the original.
