The oldskool jungle era in the 90ies has had such an amazing output, and to me is one of the most incredible sound-movements ever: So many tracks were awe-inspiring: spaced-out yet tuneful melodies combined with this incredible dense breaks-rhythm-scheme. This e.p. contains an essential darkcore classic Merder style. It builds up with atmospheric pads and hardcore pounds setting a meditative state that disguises the track with a calm before the storm, which then tears out furiously with amens and turning even more sinister after with the sample of Darth Vader "The Power Of DarkSide". Setting the temper with a chaotic pace of vicious drums, and the reverb effect on the drums after the drop of the sample "O.K. I'm ready now" add a nice touch of elevation for the track.
