This was the first of many songs recorded by Blaze at Stardust Recording Studio. Stardust owner and engineer George Louvis played the trumpet solo at the end of the song. Scott Lea (who was in a rock band with George), played the guitar. All the other instruments on the song were played by Josh Milan, with Chris Herbert performing all the vocal parts and Kevin Hedge producing and programming the drums.
The song was recorded on a Soundcraft 760 MKIII 24 track tape recorder through a Trident Series 24 console. That combination contributed to the warmth of the sound.
