1990 Excursion Version is the one! Bright latin/garagey piano, guitar and vocals (by Jaye Ella Ruth)(just maybe skip the unnecessary rap mid-way of the track). Note these versions were released way before the tune became a success in 1991/92 (via the group's deal with US Delicious Vinyl).
