After hearing this I wonder what Brian Evenson's book might be like, I'm thinking of purchasing some later. This is an interesting record that took me a few listens to unfold entirely. The background ambience matches Evenson's reading perfectly and it took over three years to complete. The stories are captivating and I'd like to hear alot more than what is presented on this album. It's not really music, it's like an voicebook with an background music. Fits well with quiet evenings lying on the couch in the dark with your eyes closed. I guess it's not everyones cup of tea, but I love it.
