Every year people will call certain tracks "The WMC 08 Track Of The Year". Was this that track? For me, absolutely. For others, probably not. Last night at a gig in Reno, Nevada I played my vinyl copy. Somehow the DJ after me opened up his set with the same track on slightly altered in an mp3 version. So what is this BUY NOW record? "Bodycrash". It is spelled in one word on my copy. A single sided one version track which is hard to really explain? Take a very bad low-fi sample of a disco classic, this time being the 30 year old "Let's All Chant", loop it retarded and then hammer in some subsonics to let people know the party has arrived. It's not normal, it's more disturbed then anything I recall hearing in a while. Is it good? I like it, but I still have not figured that out yet.
