My first reaction when I bought this one was disapointment : F***, this is not techno, not Belgian Techno-house, this is clubby disco reshaped!
But the truth is that FDW did a very good job here : more as a produced than as the innovator he proved to be elsewhere, but this is damn well done : fat round techno sound, lively, enthusiastic, and powerfully arranged.
Why Naked? goes a bit more towards the usual FDW Formula, but remains enjoyable for non-techno addicts clubbers.
Not a foray into new territories, but excellent piece of production, sure to make any club moving.

An amazing record which does it for me on both sides, most people go for the B-Side "Why Naked" but i also love the much overlooked "Why Did You Do It" which is in fact a very cool remix/cover version of the original 1975 version by the group Stretch.

An outstanding release featuring a Frank De Wulf remix and the excellent Why Naked that was a FDW production and hammered back in the early 90's. A simple atmospheric 4/4 beat with an infectious piano hook makes this description of this tune sound very simple, it is, its because its so simple that it still sounds great today. In my opinion its easily the best tune by FDW and thats saying something!!.
