"Slides" opens up with a rather somber industrial track fraught with haunting vocals and a pensive melody that may prefigure a melancholy excursion throughout the rest
of the CD. Don't be misled though, as after that, some tracks sound more buoyant and simultaneously seemly for reverie. Whatever mood you're in, whether dejected, cheerful, or inclined to introspect, this album is agreeable to listen to, as it varies just as one's temperament may do so.
