Candido - Dancin' & Prancin'

Rare and amazing LP containing some undisputed timeless classics but this comment is all about praising the astounding production of "THOUSAND FINGER MAN". The song is such a precursor to House Music and particularly deeper vibes, remember it was recorded 1979! The track has been very hard to get hold on since according to my knowledge it only got released as a promo 12" in very limited scale, so the song could only be found on the LP. The rescue for many of us have been bootlegs and now in later years by reissues.

To make sure you get my point I include a comment from the 2003 Suss'd Records reissue of Dancin' & Prancin' / Thousand Finger Man.

"I'm not entirely sure, when it was first published but I think it was something 1986-ish. Pretty old, however - one of those releases where it's rather hard to say whether it's still to be defined as Disco or already to be called House."

No, not 1986-ish but 1979! No record could deserve the top rating of 5 more then this release, it's up there with the God's!
