Originally issued in 1960 as "Cannonball Adderley Quintett: Them Dirty Blues" on Riverside 1170 (stereo) and 322 (mono). Never previously reissued.
Digital rerecorded at Capital Studios, Hollywood, 1985.
Digital mastering at Fantasy Studios, Berkley, CA 1987.
This Landmark reissue initially appeared in analog form in 1985, having been rerecorded to digital tape using the Mitsubishi X-80 tape recorder. Transferred to Sony 1630 for digital mastering for this Compact Disk release.
All volumes of the Cannonball Adderley Collection are dedicated by the producer th Olga Adderley and to Nat Adderley, with love and memories.
