My Dad bought this album in 1950 as lullabies for our newborn twins. It played whenever they were asleep and then again for a younger sister born 3 years later. We have not found our 45s, so they must have disappeared in one of many family moves. We naturally all love this music. It is interesting music without being intrusive. Very listenable, over and over. Anyone who loves Eddy Duchin will also love Carmen Cavallaro, and maybe even confuse the two. They are very similar; in fact, Carmen Cavallaro played the soundtrack for The Eddy Duchin Story movie.
