A pretty unique listening experience. The Cursed Species mixes elements of rhythmic noise and house and blends them into a breakcore genre. A lot of the tracks have a dancey feel in the background but at the same time keep up with a fast break beat. There are a couple tracks that are more atmospheric (Exorcise The Demons, A Death Worth Re-Living) and then there are a couple tracks that a long (Reclamation Song, Predatory Behavior) which live up to the house style of the album. At times the song's beat will completely change somewhere half through the song and continue on differently. Oddly interesting and enjoyable. Also you'll find what sounds like native american chants from time to time on here, as well as what appears to be dinosaur roars scattered in (would make sense judging by the cover art and album name). Rhythmic noise, breakcore and house fans will enjoy this release.
