Yes, I totally agreed with Speciman, this is one of the most exciting Hard-Trance records I've ever come across...and I didn't notice it until some seller of old records pointed me at it in 2000! Imagine my surprise, noticing that there are much more cool oldschool Hard-Trance tracks out there than I thought possible!
And in the early days (starting 1994) I considered myself an "Insider" to the scene...what a joke!
Anyway, not just "Party" and "Get Funky" are making you think of big Hard-Trance events, also "Energy", though lacking the full-power driving feel of the other two, can send you flying into hyperspace...wooooha! And if you're into it, try pitching that track some 4%, keeps you going faster, faster, faster...energy, energy, energy :)
Each time I hear this record, I can't help imagining an area as big as it is possible to imagine, full of ravers, with a sound system powerful enough to wake up dead people and either track A1) Party or track B1) Get Funky (personally my favourite one) played as loud and as fast as possible... :)
