Reformed shoegazey indie-rocker Stephen Gardner (ex-Lorelei) mucks about with D&B-style breakbeats on his first release as Chessie. There's still lots of treated-guitar squalling on this record, but it's all underpinned by rollicking beats. The sampled train sounds on this record are excellent, forming the basis for a number of breaks used throughout.
