The original version of this record was released and self-produced in 1993, on Korda's label Kevorkian Record. According to Reverend Korda, DJ Hell found this record in NYC as he was there for a gig or something. He was so impressed by the track that he naturally phoned at the number printed on the record... et voila! Chris signed a contract on Gigolo and STPKY was repressed.
