This EP is one of the most interesting releases of MB Selektions in 2004. A1 is the UK shaped intelligent tekno. A2 pure sounds of Detroit tek. B1 nothing very special - a long deep dark tekno version of A2. However, B2 is more energetic minimal tekno with a funky bassline. Overall, thumbs up to this teknopiece.
I don't unterstand the bad reputation of this record. The two Young tracks offer all the well-known and beloved complexity in design with the many layers of sound and in addition the ability to push someone on the dancefloor foward. I my opinion this record is one of the best releases from Claude Young in the last years.
