'Say kids, what time is it?' 'It's time for House'
So heralded the irresistible rise of House music in the UK.
Great records often come in pairs. This record blitzed the public conscious about the same time as 'Beat Dis' by Bomb The Bass. Together these two releases were amongst the first crop of Acid House inspired records to be made in the UK. Both records took a more cut-up hip-hop inspired approach, using all sorts of samples to great effect.
The vocal by Yazz shows great range and is never upstaged by the crazy samples.
