The original mix of 'Breakdown' is to me a synthpop masterpiece, with sharp production and a poisonous, sophisticated voice that interferes in your head not unlike Gina X's 'No GDM' wit a little less cabaret attitude. Hard to find as for some reason it was deleted quite quickly by 4AD and the band, re-recorded and replaced in the stores by a vastly inferior version known as 'Breakdown (Second Version)'.
