Reviews
- Just discovering the 4 tracks on this 12", 22 years after its release and it appears that :
A2 contains a sample of Carol Douglas - My simple heart
B1 contains elements of Gary's Gang - Knock me out and Sharon Redd - Never gonna give you up
No word of this anywhere, it would have been nice and fair to mention them, even though I assume no dues to be paid intended ... - The rating that this track currently has does not do it justice at all - it is really quite good! The B-side stands out especially with the more uptempo 80's anthem mix and the deep, deep dub. The 80's anthem has got probably one of my favourite male vocals parts ever; very smooth and soulful... The dub has a great bassline that will really shake the floor if turned up well and good, and some nice sax action makes an appearance as well.
