Frankly put, probably one of the best albums ever. Criminal how completely out of print it is. Mid-jump between the idyllic wanderings of the Incredible String Band and the more esoteric voyages of 70s prog, yet with instrumental/vocal prowess unmatched, and a darker tinge of the deep european forest only ever revisited by the likes of Current 93 (who worships this album). Sets the bar far too high for all the current "weird folk" scene to even touch. Too bad no one knows about it.
