"8 Minutes", gives you a melodic trance-esque excursion on a tech tip with some acid flavor, if you like your trance with an early Labworks feel but not as fast, this is the cut for you. Deep but not abstract, uptempo, but not hard. Great for a big open venue.
Flip for "Echoes From Tau City", a deep heady journey reminiscent of May's "Icon" and Detroit inspired, but certainly not a copy. Perhaps not as lush, but will appeal to the listeners as well as those who want to take it to the floor.
"Space Cadets On Leave" goes for the same mood as "echoes", but takes it down a step and holds through. Techno around this time would be experimenting with the sound a lot. What were adjectives to describe Techno would somtimes become entire genres and here you have a great example of this experimental time period that was bridging gaps and finding new territory.
Babble? Like the title suggests, label shouts and information is spoken with some jokes thrown in for fun. Nice cut-up stuff in the mix.
