Definitely Crystal Castles at their best! I really hope their next album(s) are more like this! Great music!

Crystal Castles played the best show I saw all year in 2013.

And this album is awesome. It might as well not have words, because the only messages you get are the song titles. Yet somehow the music generates powerful feelings of violence, but also beauty and wonder. This level of brilliance is usually an omen of suicide: CRYSTAL CASTLES PLEASE NEVER LEAVE US

Compared to their previous albums, this is a deeper, more consistent groove. Heavier on the new wave / video game melodies, it cuts a tighter path between thrash and pop anthem (more or less avoiding the extremes of either). Still I don't think it departs too much from their past two, which is fine with me.

i read some reviews around and i feel the same: the sound is getting better and of the three this is the best for me. magic!
