Each of these CDs were also available separately.

4-2 to 4-5 produced during The Manor Sessions, Summer 1986.
5-3 to 5-4 recorded at the Brixton Academy, London, 31 March 1987.

7-3 to 7-5 recorded at the Hammersmith Odeon, London, 16 March 1987.
