Probably the first tribal house tune but miles away from the bland banging nonsense that passess for 'Tribal' house today. This is a much unheralded classic and doesn't get the attention as other early house records from 1986-89, yet this is a stunning timeless piece of house music that was probably overlooked in 1986, hence it's re-release in 1989, when the house music explosion was in full force. A very raw deep house groove underpinned by an amazingly funky deep african tribal horn & hypnotic chanting throughout the record, makes this a timeless transcendent record that NEVER leaves my box.
