"I L.O.V.E. You" borrows a line from Yellowman's Song "Lost Mi Love" from the "King Yellowman" album (Greensleeves Records GREL 035) There he sings the same line after starting like this "Lost Mi Love Upon The Queens Highway. Search from Kingston To Montego Bay. Never gonna Get Her back until The Very Next Day. She gone with the Boss DeeJay.I Wanna K.I.S.S. KISS You, I Wanna L.O.V.E. LOVE You.." This worked wonders on the Reggae Dances in the early Dances (also in Germany and probabyl in Austria as well) and DJ DSL just used this as his signature Track . A Good Chouce . This eggae Track has also a fantastic break (courtesy of The Roots Raddics Band)

On the contrary my friend, this is a truly great record that I have carried around for years.... the A side is an instant sensation if you drop it at the right time, eg 4.30 a.m. The rhythm is more perverse than US foriegn policy, and the flip contains one of the scariest dub mixes put on vinyl, a vortex of sucking sound. Having seen DSL rock a big crowd with 2 copies of this record for 60 minutes I can understand why he's so popular in Vienaa.

There may be sure reasons why this production has so much reputation in german speaking Hip-Hop scene. For me is such a record a childish nonsense, can't understand really the ambition of Mego (but it is a great label, that must be said for fairness) to publish it.
