Many different electronic styles, every track playable on the floor. I don't think that the genre "minimal/ tech-house" fits here, i would rather say most tracks go more into a "deep house" direction. Reason: with the terms "minimal/ tech-house" i mostly identify clinical, sterile & monotonous tracks, while Dixon puts together highly musical songs with real instruments and singers on every 2nd song.
This is exactly what i would wish DJ compilations to be like, i got the impression that Dixon gives us the best tracks from his actual sets!
If you like his style, check out Henrik Schwarz' DJ Kicks, i think they are on the same high level that is very rare with DJ-Mix-Vinyl-Editions which i find very dissapointing most of the times.
