This CD, on first glance, has an incredible track selection, but unfortunatley, a lot of my favorite tunes are ruined by random knob-twiddling. I suppose that a lot of the really well-known tracks were getting completely rinsed-out to the point of annoyance, but I think it's more annoying to constantly switch up the melodies and beats when you're expecting to hear the tune drop. At least he didn't mess with 'Nightmare Walking' and the tracks from the Soul:R camp. I enjoy his mix much better on his split FabricLive mix with Andy C. He still keeps his 'Hype, Hype, Gimme da funk, Gimme da funk' samples but he doesn't screw with the tunes. I think it has much better results.

A lively mix of steppy, driving, dark, funky and chunky drum and bass. With a predominantly dark overtone, this mix encompasses a good variety of dnb to keep things interesting and moving along (all at a nice quick pace I might add). Hype's turntable antics are present as always with some great scratching and mixing adding some extra spice. Only disappointment with this cd is the inclusion of "Body Rock" by Andy C and Shimon, but it's not enough to taint the end product.
