Reviews & Discussion

A good mix of obvious but quality tracks from the period. A good entry into D&B for beginners but nothing new for the experienced Junglist.

The 2nd half of CD2 goes down a breakbeat route which while being a change feels slow after the opening half of Drum & Bass. Some good breaks tracks used though.

Overall a good 'mainstream' D&B mix and a bit more up to date than alot of the bigger D&B compilations.

The basslines are dark and dirty, the breaks roll and the tunes have more energy to detonate a dancefloor than the H-Bomb. It really kicks.
