Correct, there were partys Thrown @ Central Hall on the corner of Cermak & Central. Just not the right type. These were partys thrown by gang members that were in the same vicinity. The reason Joe(Hyperactive) titled this record "Cermak & Central" is because he lived on that intersection just above an old clothing, mix tape shop, where Ravers and Party Goers used to by thier tickets for the various events being thrown around 1993-1995 ;)

The title "Cermak & Central" comes from a street intersection in the town of Cicero Illinois, which neighbors the west side of Chicago. Many parties have been thrown in the hall on the northwestern corner of the intersection, which I'm assuming DJ Hyperactive had some involvement with at one point in time.
