"Jazz note" is a good example of what was produced out of the deep side of d'n'b in those dayz.
Really nice but what makes this single so important I think is "Burning".
I must say I have hardly heard more complex rhythm work(PARADOX and SOURCE DIRECT excepted)!!!!!
It's amazing!! You could hear it thousand of times you'd never find the slightest error in drums'programming because there is obviously a kind of "ghost" killer tempo behind all the free steps and syncopes!!!!!!!!!!!
The soundscape, beautifully crafted, is not here for decorative role but, addictive as well, crossing many different flavas (including oriental one!!!!!!), it pushes even forward the overall quality while the female voice drops its "Buuuuuuuurrrniiiing!!!!!" over the drums madness, really setting the dancefloor on fire!!!!!!!!!
An innovative jewel and an immeasurable classic.
