What can be said? Stunning that's what! From trip-hop through breaks and IDM and back again. There not a bad track. No Child of God stands apart though... just. The whole album is so damn... intelligent. Introduce yourself to Dabrye and you will not regret it. Get one/three and two/three as well as they are masterpieces. My favorite artist of the moment.

Dabrye brings on the deep funk with his album Instrmntl, full of hip-hop beats and abstract electronics. Right from “Intrdctn” and “Won,” there’s a funkiness that’s unmistakable as it is catchy.
“Evelyn” throws some jazzy horns into the mix, while “This Is Where I Came In” is almost straightforward electro. My favorite track would be “D-Town Tabernacle Choir,” a track filled with wobbly piano and solid beats. A good album, albeit rather short.
