Excellent excellent artist album from Damian Lazarus. I personally try to avoid artist albums because very often the artist will fall into the trap of creating a dozen or so tracks that all basically sound the same. In general I feel EDM as of late has become too much of the same same same old. This release is all over the place. It is without boundaries and limits. I like it that way. Its on the same level of abstractness as his recent Sci-Fi compilation on Soma which I consider to be in the top five best dj compilations of all time. In fact, when I listen to this release I have a very difficult time deciding which genres to use to describe it. If I could just choose one word to describe, it would be music.

All of the tracks are very charming, unique, and creative. It is innocent, childish, weird, druggy, and evil all at the same time. The most outstanding are Moment, Neverending, and Lullabies. Especially Lullabies. Damian brings his own vocals, and almost live sounding elements to the table. Combine this with absolutely outstanding choices in kick drums and basslines, and you have got yourself a real monster. This album is a trend breaker and gives me real hope for the future of electronic music. Thank you Damian!
