Dark Nebula's best album to date, in my opinion (I haven't heard Sacred Scars though), and solely because of a single track: Structural Failure. Sampling AI voice recordings from Unreal 2 and bringing along a very fresh and innovative structure (pun not intended), it lights the dancefloor every time for me. Damn noisy track though (full spectrum due to the screaming lead and rolling bass) so be careful.

Some of the other tracks are also decent... While Bugz Me is a joke track as far as I can see, Toxic Reality is pretty fun and cheesy if you tolerate the guitar riffs. Sarjuk Khar (referencing the Sardaukar of the Dune stories) has some nice "desert" flute sounds.

All in all this is pretty decent full on, with a very noisy sound profile and lots of more or less mangled SF quotes; and one outstanding track.
