Das Ich its the german counterpart to Nine Inch Nails.
Introspective harsher and harsher lyrics compositions. Full of angst and corrosion fully perceived in the way they construct the structures of their songs. The synths scream,and seem to be charged with enourmous amounts of energy. they create outstanding noises and scratches,minimal sounds, incredible ammount of channels abusing the listeners capabilities,feedback and organic sounds. This is by far the best album made by them. Die propheten its their debut and they created along with Goethes Erben, Misantrophe and Relatives Menschsein the Todeskunst (death art, death cult) which obviously means their themes are related to the physical, emotional and conflictive act of dying.
If youre into death and open for a different angle to industrial you must have this album. they are genious.
